Saint Hubert Farm

In the Upper Borbera Valley lies Saint Hubert Farm, surrounded by unspoiled nature, nestled in forests and valleys where we grow our products such as lavender, aromatic herbs, and fragrant truffles. We are located in the land of the Four Provinces, just over 100 km from Milan and Piacenza, and less than an hour from Genoa and Pavia.

Organic farming

We grow certified organic lavender, aromatic herbs, and vegetables.

Livestock farming

We passionately raise Saanen and Alpine Chamois goats, as well as chickens “livornesi”.

Educational farm

We are involved in environmental education and run a dog training center.

Hospitality

We have created a farmhouse for vacations focused on nature and relaxation.

Certified organic farming

For us, organic certification is much more than a piece of paper; it’s the confirmation of an environmentally respectful approach to agriculture and the rhythms of nature. Our efforts are rewarded by the quality of the products we consume firsthand.

Certified mountain product

We have adhered to the voluntary certification “Mountain Product” as an additional guarantee of the quality of our products derived from raw materials cultivated by us in our farm located in the mountain area in the heart of the Upper Borbera Valley.

We strongly believe that Nature and Biodiversity Conservation are compatible with human activities. We offer environmental education activities to promote coexistence between human activities and large predators.

Centro cinofilo ENCI

We are professionally involved in dog training and find ENCI to be the reference institution par excellence: we believe in the importance of zootechnical selection and specialize in training canine detection units.

Rete territoriale

Saint Hubert Agricultural Company adheres to the territorial network agreement “Terre&Sapori d’Eccellenza” signed between numerous companies in the municipalities of the GAL Giarolo area.
